I can't believe my baby turned 2! She is so full of spunk and sass! She makes us laugh and smile every day! We all adore our little daffodil! 

There is nothing she loves more than her daddy! She LOVES him so much.

Dream night at the zoo

It's such a fun and special night at dream night at the zoo! It is for special needs kids and their families. They kept the animals out while we were there instead of taking them in to feed them at their usual time so they were active and hungry! It was pretty cool!

School!!!!

The kids both had a fabulous school year! I am so proud of them!!! So proud. Drake learned how to read so well and he is quite the math star! He informed me that he had the highest score in his class in some math facts computer game! He struggled with the all day thing at the beginning of the year, but he ended up doing great!!!

He was pretty excited about summer though:)

Wow... Words can't describe how awesome Laynie did this year! It seriously makes me cry thinking about it and all the many people that work so hard to help her succeed. 

This is Laynie's team.. Her posse, her friends!!!! They, along with her teacher have worked so hard for her! Mike, her interpreter is just amazing with her and has helped her tremendously with sign language and understanding things. The two ladies are her nurses and they switch off going to school with her and they are her life line! I can't thank them enough! She also has a pnenominal special Ed teacher and kindergarten teacher!!!

It's been awhile...

I was needing a change and Trevor convinced me to dye my hair bright red. I actually really liked it but it faded way too fast. After about 4 washes I felt like I needed to dye it again so the red didn't last long but it was fun!

My sister Breanne and I went to Salt Lake to meet up with Jolene and Emma while they were visiting from Alaska. We had a great dinner with them and also snuck in an eye appointment for Laynie!

Later that month Laynie had a sleep study. I dreaded this but to my surprise she was an angel! She didn't fight, wasn't scared, and slept like a rock! It was fabulous! Unfortunately the results weren't quite as good! She still has central sleep apnea and needs ventilator support while she sleeps, but we are okay with that! Hopefully one day she outgrows it!

We celebrated 11 years of marriage! I couldn't love this guy more and he makes me so happy!!!

Another soccer season in the books! Trevor is such a good sport and coached again! The kids had fun but we had a bit of a rough season! Haha!!!
