Thanksgiving Getaway!!!

We had an AWESOME Thanksgiving this year. We went to Salt Lake and met up with my Dad, Erin, brother, and sisters and all their families! We spent the week hanging in the hotel, going swimming, eating way too much, and going shopping! Thanks so much Dad and Erin for a great vacation! We loved every minute of it!

We went to Park City one of the days. I can't believe this was mine and Trevor's first time to Park City. It is absolutely beautiful!

We also went to the Discovery Center at Gateway. That is such a cool place. The kids LOVED it there. If you haven't been then GO!!!

This picture is just for my memory...... Trevor and Ross went to the BYU/Utah game on Saturday and everyone else left to go home. Well, Afton and I waited all day for them in Salt Lake. We had 3 children and no place for them to hang out. We went shopping for about 6 hours straight. Lets just say we got a little desperate and started doing all sorts of weird things.We even went back to our hotel that we checked out of and hang out in the lobby and played on the elevator. Oh, fun times!!!

Overall, we had such a great weekend and a wonderful Thanksgiving! Now we are ready for Christmas! Bring on the snow......

Trev's B-Day

Trevor had a great birthday!!! We went to Outback and then had some family over for cake and ice cream. Jordan surprised Trev and came home for the weekend too. It was a great 26th B-Day for him. We love you Trevor!Drake brought his Dad a Jamba at work on his B-Day!

Sooooo Thankful....

I love this time of year.... It really brings so many things to my attention that I am so grateful for!

First and foremost, I am so thankful for my family! I couldn't ask for better people in my life who give me so much love, guidance, help, and happiness! There are so many people in the world who do not have good relationships with their family members, and I am lucky enough to call members of my family my "best friends". I am also thankful for the gospel in my life and for the bounty of blessings it brings to myself and my family! I am grateful to live in America! I feel so lucky to have been born here. It is so hard to imagine that people throughout the world are literally starving, have no education, no home, and no freedoms! I am so thankful for my health! Whenever I am having a hard time, I always think that there is someone out there who has it much worse! I am so blessed and I am so thankful for it!!!!!! I hope everyone can take a minute and realize their many blessings during this Thanksgiving season!!!!

We're Loving Fall

We have actually been able to enjoy some good fall weather lately and we're LOVING it! There is a park in our neighborhood and Drake loves it there!!!He spotted the toys...

I set aside my fears of all the germs on the toys and actually let Drake play on a few. Don't worry... I brought my hand sanitizer with us!

Drake also loved this dog that we spotted along the way!

Isn't it cute??? I had a Golden Retriever (Dolly) growing up! They are my favorite dogs!

This little guy is such a goof-ball.

We went up to Victor to visit my sister last weekend. Drake had a ball playing with his cousin Ivy.

He also loved Ella. He has never been around big dogs before. He loved that he could climb all over them!! I guess we better get another dog.

I can't explain to you Drake's love of vacuums!!! He played with this all day at Afton's house!

We even go to quite extreme measures so he can get up close and in the action of vacuuming!!!

Drake has found a new binky......

These little "play foods" are ALWAYS in his mouth.

Sometimes they will be in his mouth for 30 minutes or longer!!!

I gave him a cracker and in literally 30 seconds I looked back and it was GONE..... but there were many remnants all over his face and coat. I guess he was hungry. He makes me laugh every day!

Our {SUPER} Halloween!!

Our Halloween was a blast!!!! Drake had the time of his life........ he loved seeing everyone dressed up in costumes, and he was on the biggest sugar high all night!!

We went to the mall for some trick or treating with my mom, Leo, and Halle! Poor Breanne was home with sick kids so G'ma and G'pa took Halle out! Drake thought it was so fun to walk around by himself!
